In den letzten Monaten habe ich mich viel mit dem Thema Kommunikation über die modernen Medien in Zeiten von Home-Office (und CoVid) beschäftigt.

Die Regel 55-38-7 (Körpersprache-Stimme-Inhalt) nach Mehrabian kannte ich dazu schon seit Längerem.

Neu hinzukam die Info durch das Allensbach-Institut, die herausfanden, dass die Werte sich mehr in Richtung Inhalte (55-26-19 | Körpersprache-Stimme-Inhalt) bewegen, die Körpersprache aber weiterhin dominiert.

Was kann man, meiner Meinung nach, für die Kommunikation über die modernen Medien daraus ableiten?

Den Inhalt würde ich gleichsetzen mit schriftlicher Kommunikation via E-Mail oder Social Communities. Die Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass man den Inhalt über diesen Weg missversteht, ist sehr hoch, da der Großteil der Kommunikation fehlt.

Will man die Kommunikation verbessern, sollte man das Telefon hinzuziehen. Aber auch hier habe ich festgestellt, kann die Kommunikation sich zeitlich in die Länge ziehen. Grund dafür sind meistens Nachfragen, wie was genau gemeint ist, da dies durch die Körpersprache nicht übermittelt wird. Man kommuniziert eben blind 😉

Die aktuell beste Art der Kommunikation ist somit per VideoChat. Mit dieser kommt man nahezu an eine 100% Kommunikation. Was dabei noch fehlt ist die komplette Körpersprache, die man aktuell bei direktem Kontakt noch hat.

Was könnte das bedeuten? Will man relevante Informationen kommunizieren, sollte man auf Videochat setzen. Dies ist, was ich bisher beobachte, der effizienteste und schnellste Weg über die modernen Medien kommunizieren.

The currently best type of communication is therefore via video chat. With this you can get almost 100% communication. What is still missing is the complete body language that you currently still have in direct contact.

What could that mean? If you want to communicate relevant information, you should rely on video chat. This is what I have observed so far, the most efficient and fastest way to communicate through modern media.
